Co-founded and scaled the digital delivery engine behind Liquorish Inc. - a partnership with Linda Liquorish that launched by bringing Jordan Belfort ("The Wolf of Wall Street") to South Africa, and grew into delivering 100+ large-scale events and campaigns across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and South America. Working directly with clients to translate their goals into practical delivery plans - setting realistic targets, aligning budgets and managing expectations from project start through rollout. Acted as the link between client objectives, commercial targets and digital delivery, joining the dots between stakeholders, teams and technical execution. Led full-funnel digital strategy and delivery across lead generation, paid media, CRM, marketing automation, database management, affiliate ticketing, payment integrations, social and performance marketing. Built and managed international teams and supplier networks - coordinating digital, creative and technical operations keeping projects moving across multiple time zones. Designed agile campaign infrastructures to reduce dependency on client-side systems, white-labelled CRM environments and platform integrations to accelerate delivery within real-world constraints. Delivered demand generation, ticketing and PR for large-scale personal-development and wealth-building events, including tours and digital expansion for brand names like for Robert Kiyosaki, Tony Robbins, Deepak Chopra, Robin Sharma and Jordan Belfort. Primarily remote, with regular time on the ground alongside the South African team.

In-house digital role at Global Carbon Exchange (later rebranded GCX Africa) - a B2B carbon and energy measurement, management and reduction consultancy selling complex, technical services into corporates. Brought in to lead SEO and paid search, with the remit growing into a full brand-and-presence rebuild: website, content, social and search. Worked closely with the CEO and executive team to shape how the evolving business presented itself, translating dense, technical subject matter into clear digital content and search visibility. This included developing highly specific content around the company's industry and positioning, and creative approaches like transcribing the CEO's weekly radio interviews into on-site content to build authority and organic reach. A genuinely B2B environment, building demand and credibility for this specialist consultancy, alongside a secondary B2C carbon-footprint training venture.

Brought into Maxidor - a physical security barrier business, to work directly with the CEO and directors on shifting a traditional, sales-led operation into a serious digital presence. Given a wide remit and the latitude to deliver: establish their web presence, set up paid search and SEO from the ground up, build the lead acquisition funnels, and bring video and content into the sales mix. Four years of building the digital function alongside an executive team that genuinely bought into digital transformation. Within six months online lead volume matched the traditional telephone channel - the point at which digital stopped being "the new thing" and became central to how the business sold. Alongside the core work, we took MPPI - internal sales and personal-development training program online, moving another part of the operation into a digital-first model.
